About this service
Dealing with chronic disease, end of life care, or returning home from a hospital stay can be stressful. The Residential Care Aids (RCAs) provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to ensure that our clients maintain the healthiest life possible. The RCA works in collaboration with the Home Care Nurses (HCN) and the Community Health Nurses (CHN) in each community to ensure culturally sensitive and holistic care is provided.
