About this organization
My therapeutic approach is humanistic and client-centred. I work with each individual or family to build goals and develop a treatment plan. I incorporate art materials and art activities into my sessions in order to assist with the therapeutic process.
I work frequently with individuals with Autism, anxiety, trauma and grief.
Art therapy can address any therapeutic goals such as increased insight, emotional expression and regulation, better attachment between caregivers and children, management of symptoms such as stress, as well as increased executive functioning.
