About this service

Eight of the Fifteen units have been designated for moderate income earning families whose combined gross annual household income falls between $34,500 $80,000. Proof of income will be required at time of application.
Tenants are selected from a Centralized Housing Registry, maintained by BC Housing, and rent is calculated based on 30% of their gross monthly income.
You and your family may qualify for subsidized housing if your annual household income is below the established Housing Income Limit and also have been a BC resident for one continuous year.
