Located in Chilliwack, Pacifica House is a licensed home providing quality care since 1995 to seniors and adults with complex care challenges. The home is fully accessible to accommodate any mobility issues. Additionally, Pathways provides home sharing opportunities throughout the Fraser Valley, for individuals looking for more independence.
Since 1995, Pacifica House has provided complex care support for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. Like all Pathways programs, plans are person-centred and residents are encouraged to become actively involved in their communities. Pathways has been providing unique opportunities for people who wish to share their homes and their lives with an individual seeking greater independence. We work with the individual and their family to recruit a shared living provider to ensure a high quality of life.
