About this service
I have been providing individual counselling since 2007 and began my practice Counselling in Chilliwack in 2017. I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness & Acceptance Therapy . I also have certification in Cyber (Online) Counselling from the University of Toronto and I recently completed Emotion-Focused Therapy training through the Vancouver Couple and Family Institute.
