About this service
We work with parents/caregivers and their children, and any other person or community resource who can help to increase the safety and well-being of the children and help reach each familys individual and collective goals.
- Family Support: In-home crisis intervention and behavioral support to families and caregivers. MCFD referred.
- Young Family Program: Intensive outreach support for pregnant and parenting youth up to 22 years old. Connecting with community resources and access to nutrition and healthcare.
- Special Victim Assistance Program (SVAP): Information and referral to victims of domestic violence, date rape, spousal assault, elder abuse, and criminal sexual assault.
- Family Law Advocate: Assistance navigating the family legal system for those going through divorce, separation, parenting custody planning.
