About this organization

* Provide residential housing (12 staffed residential homes, 44 residents) * Provide employment and job search support (Supported Employment Program) * Provide vocational options for adults at our Early Risers and Oasis Programs (recreation, life skills training, literacy, crafts) * Conduct Day Programs for our residents including those with high needs * Conduct Day Programs for young adults (community access, life skills training, volunteering, recreation) (ACE 1,2,3 Programs) * Conduct Day Programs for young adults (community access, life skills training, volunteering, recreation) (REV (Recreation, Education, Volunteerism) Program) * Conduct Day Programs for individuals transitioning from Day Services to Employment (RISE Program) * Run Adult and Children's Community Respite Programs to support families * Provide support to people living independently (Independent Living Program and Supported Living Services Program) * Provide transportation to/from vocational and day program.
