About this service
The Adult Day Program provides organized therapeutic health and social activities in a home setting, Monday through Saturday.
The four-hour program begins, for participants, with transportation on our community donated bus to and from their homes each day. Seniors have the opportunity to meet in the sunroom and visit with friends over tea and coffee while enjoying our famous, fresh-baked, Mount Newton Centre muffins. The days program includes socializing, games, chair exercises and often musical entertainment is offered by local volunteer musicians. A nutritious, home cooked lunch is served in the dining room.

Referred by an Island Health Case Manager from the Home and Community Care Program.
