Where is RADD located?

RADD is located in Castlegar, however, participants are supported in getting there. Freedom Quest's van will pick each participant up at their home in the morning and then drive them back home at the end of the day.

What will we work on in the group?

Each individual brings their own goals, however, the group often talks about relationships, their own substance use, ways of coping, boundaries, family, communication, emotions, trauma, core beliefs, values, grief, loss, self-care, sexuality, mental health, etc.. The group also participates in weekly outdoor recreation. Group members can express their interest in canoeing, hiking, camping, biking and more!
