About this service
The purpose of the Aboriginal Youth Navigator program is to enhance service provision, provide advocacy, and ensure they are aware of services available to them once they age out of Ministry care.
The Aboriginal Youth Navigator program is to provide support and guidance to aboriginal youth involved with the Ministry, youth transition planning, youth on probation, youth agreements, aging out and/or in government care. Youth can also voluntarily seek services for other advocacy support. This service is based out of Campbell River, Courtenay and Port Hardy.
