About this organization
I am a Clinical Counsellor with over 20 years experience. I have specific experience and credentialing in the area of emotional management, addictions, relationships and domestic violence.
My practise areas are wide and varied (see under counselling) and I ultilize a variety of treatment modalities (mindfulness based cognitive-behavioural, solution focused, multi-systemic, psychodynamic and experiential) .
I work towards a safe, trusting and comfortable client-counsellor relationship; one that fosters personal growth in terms of self reliance, skills, confidence and positive insights. It is my belief that such a relationship facilitates emotional well-being, self-empowerment and self fulfillment.
