About this organization
Like everyone, I have experienced pain, suffering, trauma and hurt. The wounding and the healing in my life have both shaped me and inspired me. I also know deep transformational healing. I've reached recovery, health and vitality. With this foundation of wellbeing and professional expertise, I offer strong presence, skill and compassionate support.
Outside my counselling practice, I am an artist and community organizer who is passionate about wilderness, nature, and wildlife. I love ocean swimming, kayaking, hiking, forests, hot baths, art making, gardening, the stars and sometimes doing absolutely nothing at all.
