About this service
God invites us, His church, to be a shining example of His love during this difficult time. A way to shine the love of God to the people around us is to love people in practical ways with our Willingdon Church Kitchen.
Willingdon Church has partnered with the City of Burnaby and Burnaby Neighbourhood House to start a Frozen Dinner Program to support low-income seniors and families in Burnaby who may not be able to cook for themselves. The City of Burnaby and Willingdon Church have joined in for this very worthy cause and will be making dinners to be distributed to this vulnerable population. With all of us working together, we can bring the gift of comforting, wholesome dinners to people who need them right now.
