About this service
An Intake Worker is on a daily duty from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Intake Worker provides information about our agency, offers emotional support, collects information and makes appropriate referrals. Self-referrals, referrals by relatives, friends or neighbours are welcome.
We Accept Referrals From:

- Transition/Safe Houses
- Ministry of Children and Family Development
- Community and Immigrant services agencies
- Schools
- Hospital and medical practitioners
