About this service
Parenting can be stressful. Juggling home, work, schedules, after school activities, dinner times, lunches, laundry and so much more can leave no time for quality family time. This interactive 8 session workshop can build your parenting tool box. Learn helpful and practical tips on parenting, to help you build in those moments of joy while managing your daily responsibilities. Also meet other parents and build a community! For parents with children 2-8 years old. Snacks and free child care available for children 18 months to 10 years with pre registration.
