Are you living with pain? Do you need help? Call the Pain Support Line at 1-844-880-PAIN.
Our trained volunteers can help you by providing:
- A safe space to talk about pain and its impact on your life;
- Information on community resources;
- Help with filling out various forms;
- Help finding a physician who is taking new patients;
- Information about pain and self-management;
- Information about Pain BC resources and programs.

Talk confidentially with our trained volunteers on the phone or online. Volunteers are available to assist you 9 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
