During Covid-19: All home health services are currently being provided as usual with exception of some low priority home support where we have reduced . As well, to ensure appropriate infection prevention practices, we have shifted and are not providing appointments in our Home Health clinic but seeing clients at home. Home health care provides care and services in your home and community.
Services include but not limited to:
