About this organization
We are a family-run, certified organic vegetable farm located on the fertile soil of the Bulkley River in Smithers, BC. We grow a wide variety of vegetable crops, specializing in carrots, potatoes, beets, spinach, lettuce, broccoli, kohlrabi, kale, cabbage, onions, squash, cucumbers and tomatoes. Our main sale outlets are the BV Wholesale, our popular CSA box program, the BV farmers market, camp guides, as well as local restaurants. We also offer bulk storage vegetables in the fall.
Most of our vegetable varieties are chosen for their quality of taste and nutrition. Our goal is freshness at an affordable price by farming in a sustainable way, for a healthy world with healthy people.
