We feel that every child is a unique individual. Their needs will always be our priority. A child who is respected will be respectful to others. We will provide a safe and healthy environment. My staff and I take responsibility to give support and encouragement to all children equally. We will dedicate time to build each childs self-esteem and confidence. Our caring techniques will help children with self-discipline and staff will intervene if necessary. It is very important to nurture and guide young children; this helps to create an atmosphere of trust, security and comfort. Young children who go to Smile 'N' Play Daycare get the tools and support they need for their healthy development. All activities are carefully designed to adequately nurture the emotional, intellectual and physical growth of our kids. Through stimulating situations and hands-on learning opportunities, children are free to develop into bright young minds.
