Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS) provides a wide range of direct and contracted community-based specialized mental health services to children and youth under the age of 19 and their families on a voluntary basis. If you're worried about homelessness, there are places you can turn to find short and long-term solutions. To apply for an agreement, you must be at least 19, and on your 19th birthday were in one of the following care arrangements: The custody of a director or permanent custody of the Superintendent The guardianship of a director of adoption The guardianship of a director under the Family Relations Act A Youth Agreement
