About this service
Terrace East was built in 2005 and has 96 suites in the apartment building. 41 suites are allocated as Assisted Living suites (funded through Fraser Health). The rest are allocated as Private Pay Assisted Living. All privately paid Assisted Living residents must have a personalized care service plan that is set up through an assessment with our Private Pay Co-ordinator. This personalized plan is an additional monthly cost for each resident. Residents qualify for subsidized Assisted Living through a Fraser Health assessment.
