Margaret Stenersen - StrongStart

cole Margaret Stenersen hosts one of 12 StrongStart sites in our school district. This engaging parent child program is located in the East facing portable on the north side of our school. This program is for children aged 0 to 5 years. There is no cost to families but the parent/caregiver is required to remain with their child and participate in the program. It is not necessary to have English as a first language to attend the drop in programs. There is a quick 1-page registration form to fill out in the class. Please bring your child's BC ID card, their birth certificate or their passport. Hope to see you soon! Parents and caregivers attending Strong Start BC programs can expect to participate in organized sessions like story time, in play activities, and in serving a healthy snack. Parents and caregivers are likely to discover new ways to support their childrens learning at home, and may make valuable connections with others attending the program.
