About this service
COVID19 Update: Temporary closure until further notice
Since May 2007, our mobile Food Bank and Soup Kitchen has been operating on alternate Sunday afternoons in serving the Abbotsford region. By serving a hot meal, sandwiches, coffee, juice, and dessert as well as clothing and bedding items to approximately 150 to 200 people, this outreach builds relationships and ministers to those less fortunate and to those who are on the street through a friendship evangelism approach. It is a delight to say that in early 2015 we have partnered up with Mennonite Central Committee to further enhance the services to those in need and will be serving the items in their back parking lot on 33933 Gladys Ave. This outreach goes a long way to helping people change their lives and become a contributing part of society. Come out on a scheduled Sunday afternoon and help us serve the growing number of needy people on the streets of Abbotsford.
