We recognize each one of our clients have unique needs, and we are there to help people identify and connect them with the services in the community that will help people achieve their goals. We support people who need help applying for government subsidies and benefits such as income assistance, disability claims, and old age benefits. We also offer assistance for people applying for Indigenous status. We can help people access necessary health services like wound care and access to medical professionals and specialists, including mental health professionals and counsellors. We also offer referrals to detox and treatment centres for clients who are willing and able to make this step. We are also aware of specific, localized services for clients who are looking for showers, food hubs, shelters, and clothing.
