About this service
Our Peer Support Workers (PSWs) understand the barriers the people they support face due to their own lived experience in addiction or precarious housing. Our PSWs work with our clients to provide them with the necessary tools to live their healthiest and most fulfilling lives - as defined by our clients themselves. Our Peer Support Workers are connected with a wide range of community partners and work with our clients to match them with the right service providers who will help address the individual's unique needs. We also provide case management with our clients who want to work on strategic planning for setting and achieving their goals.
