About this service
Mentorship Program
Low to moderate risk South-Asian youth (13-18) are matched with a trained volunteer mentor. Youth learn how to have a pro-social, positive relationship with a role model who engages in extracurricular activities with them.
Elementary School Support
There is a parent support worker in westside elementary schools offering:
- One-on-one support for parents and grandparents
- Education sessions and parent forums which include topics such as parenting, digital literacy, family communication, nutrition.
- Chai and Chat Sessions where parents and grandparents talk about everyday topics and issues.
- Connections with community resources
