About this service
Provides information, referrals and representation for migrant workers. Service in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Spanish. The Migrant Workers program promotes legal education and increasing awareness among migrant workers about their rights and responsibility in the workplace.
We have established a network of service providers throughout BC to make sure that relevant information on the rights and obligations of temporary foreign workers are presented to them in a consistent and timely manner. Our program assists migrant workers on a one-on-one basis as well as in group educational sessions.
