About this service
This program helps Abbotsford residents get to medical appointments located outside of the city. Volunteer drivers take clients as far east as Chilliwack and as far west as North Vancouver. Volunteers pick clients up from their homes, drive them to their appointments, wait for them there, and then drive them back home.
Eligibility Criteria: Clients must be a resident of Abbotsford
To Access Medical Transportation
- To start using the program please call or email us. You can expect a response within a week.
- Once youre in the program, please provide as much notice as possible of your appointments so we can address your transportation needs and process your request to the best of our ability.
- Please be aware that there is a per km fee for this service.
Volunteers are available to drive Monday to Friday from 8:00am- 4:30pm
