About this service
Abbotsford Hospice and Abbotsford Association for Healthy Aging have partnered to connect with local family caregivers. If you are, or know, a local caregiver who would like to connect with other caregivers, please contact us! A Caregiver Support Group, from the comfort of your home either virtually or by telephone. A gathering place for community caregivers . . . Are you caring for a senior, someone living with life-limiting illness, new to caregiving, been caregiving for some time all are welcome.
A place to connect & share with others who understand the challenges of caregiving . Enjoy some social connection, benefit from peer support and discussion about common caregiving issues, free valuable information & education in non-pressured environment. 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month.
