About this organization
CCC stands for Clearbrook Community Connections, which is an after school program run in our multi-purpose room everyday. CCC is supported by RBC and staffed through WACSS, of which Clearbrook Elementay is an active part. CCC is designed to meet the social, academic, physical and nutritional needs of some of our students, the daily schedule (Monday to Friday) will reflect these goals.
Healthy Snack Provided 10-20 minutes, Homework support 30-40 minutes, Physical Activity 30-40 minutes, Social & Community Growth/Learning 30-40 minutes. Pick up time is 4:45 p.m.
This is a teacher-referred program. Any parent requests must be supported by the classroom teacher. Participating students will be screeened into the program by our School Based Team.
