We specialize in individuals who may be uncomfortable with traditional services due to anxiety. Our gentle approach combines slowly immersing in the therapy process through a variety of creative methods moving at a pace and towards a goal that the client determines.
With the intention to make therapy affordable for everyone we offer the option of shorter sessions as well as offering the standard sliding scale.
