At Journeys of Life Counselling Services Inc, we offer counselling to Individuals, Couples and Families. We also work as an affiliate with several EFAP organisations and provide a range of voluntary and mandated counselling services which includes Substance Use Counselling; Structured Relapse Prevention; CPT focused Trauma Care; CBT focused Depression Care, Gradual Return to Work; Navigating Workplace Stress and more.
