Our in house diagnostics allow our team to provide quick diagnosis for your pets. Digital X-Ray System - Our in house radiology equipment is of modern technology with the ability to digitally portray the x-ray images directly onto a computer screen. This allows for quick and efficient diagnosis for your pet, and minimal wait times. We can then show you the x-ray images on any computer in the clinic so you too can see how we are diagnosing your pet. Ultrasound - The Ultrasound enables us to non-invasively see a real time view of internal structures within a patient. These could include organs in the abdomen, the heart and lungs, tendons of a horse and much more! We also have the ability to ultrasound patients and send out our scans to specialist centres for further analysis- this allows for quick diagnostics while still allowing your pet to stay close to home. Dr. Kate doing Ultrasound In House Pharmacy - With a complete in house pharmacy available, we can fill your prescription quickly and without hassle prior to your appointment departure. We also have the ability to order in specific medications, or send out to another pharmacy close to your home if your pet requires a specialty medication. In House Laboratory - We have a full in house laboratory which allows us to better diagnose and assess your pet's health and wellness. Our team is skilled with all elements within the lab and with access to a full off-site laboratory in Calgary we are able to provide access to a large variety of testing. In clinic testing will return results within 30-40 minutes, where as specialized testing will return results in as little as 2 -7 days.
