PCAP Mentors provide extensive, practical assistance, and non-judgemental support for up to three years.PCAP Advocates assist individuals to
- Address complex problems associated with substance abuse
- Set goals and identify steps to achieve them
- Connect with community service providers
- Enhance parenting skills
- Access treatment and maintain stability
PCAP Serves Individuals who
- use alcohol/drugs during pregnancy
- are pregnant or up to 6 months post-partum
- are not well connected to other services
Or Individuals who
- have a child prenatally exposed to drugs or alcohol
- are currently using alcohol/drugs
- are capable of further pregnancies
Services are voluntary, free, confidential, and available in your home.
