TDHF has three major purposes: 1) To relieve poverty by providing residential accommodations below market rates, support, and incidental facilities to low-income individuals or families in Taber, Alberta and community; TDHF operates 144 units of Community Housing (Social Housing and Senior Self-contained) in Taber, Alberta and Community. 2) To relieve conditions attributable to being aged by providing specially adapted residential accommodation, incidental facilities and support, including personal care, housekeeping, meals, social and recreational activities, to aged persons in Taber, Alberta and Community; and TDHF ownes and manages a 77 unit Senior Lodge(Clearview Lodge) in Taber, Alberta. 3) To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purposes.
