COVID-19 UPDATE: Hampers now by appointment only. Call Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to make an appointment.
Distributing food hampers on a monthly basis to needy families. The mission of the Taber Food Bank Society is to meet the real and immediate food needs of those less fortunate in our community. We believe that access to nutritious food is a basic human right. We are committed to responding to the needs of our community through food distribution to relieve hunger today while striving to find solutions that prevent hunger tomorrow.
Pickshelf by walk-in, open from 9:00am-3:00pm Tuesday-Friday for anyone experiencing food insecurity. Each household may come in once a day to choose up to 2 bags of food from available items.
