About this service
The Town of Sylvan Lake is committed to making sure youth have what they need to grow up healthy and happy - exceptional even! Through our Positive Youth Development (PYD) program, we structure services and programs that help young people grow the skills they need to thrive, and transition smoothly into adulthood.

The SPARC Coalition consists of professionals from youth-serving organizations, health networks, schools, and businesses, as well as community members who want to ensure young people have what they need to grow into caring and contributing adults.
