Qualifications Applications must be made before November 30th of the tax year being applied for Must be 65 years of age or older Must be the registered home owner on title Applicants Annual gross household income is the same as or less then the income thresholds set by the Government of Alberta based on line 150 of the tax year notice of assessment Applicants taxes are in good standing Must provide Government issues photo identification Must provide a copy of the current year property tax statement issues from the Town of Strathmore Must provide a copy of the pervious years' personal income Tax Notice of assessment issued by the Government of Canada Q: What is the Seniors Property Tax Rebate Program?
