Looking for ways to support your self-care, communication, self-esteem and boundaries? Please join us for this much loved, 6-week peer support group. You may be in their relationship, preparing to leave, returning home, building a new life or struggling to find helpful and accessible resources to support a healthy and empowered life. How to access: You can call anytime to speak with an Outreach Worker (403-934-0972 or 403-934-6634 ex. 111) about the group and registration. No referral necessary and the program is available free of charge. Who can access: Anyone residing in Strathmore and several surrounding rural towns and communities.
