About this service
Services are provided based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The focus of service is to support an unmet functional concern, in an individual or group program. Service is provided to clients who meet the following inclusion criteria: resident of Alberta valid Alberta personal health care number (AB-PHN) functional rehabilitation goal(s) rehabilitation readiness, including: medically stable; physically able to participate in intervention, cognitively able to participate Exlusion criteria includes: WCB and MVA injury related concerns multi-disciplinary pain management currently recieving / recieved physiotherapy from another program or provider children/youth developmental delay support
