About this service
Service provides:
- connections to community resources, parenting support, and other programs and services to ensure the safety and well - being
Includes:
- Family Enhancement Program, an option for lower risk families to prevent the need for protective services by working directly with workers and community resources to address the issues that brought the family to the attention of Child Intervention
- Child Protective Services that respond to concerns from people in the community about children who might need protection and investigates to determine whether a child needs protection or care
- After - Hour Teams that respond directly to emergency situations, offers referrals for further assessment in less severe situations and investigates and protects children at risk
Support and Financial Assistance Agreements for youth 18 to 24 years old who were involved with Child Intervention to help support them in fully reaching their independence
