My PURPOSE is to help people develop resilience throughout the lifespan. The reason some individuals succeed when faced with risks and adversity is resiliency. People are capable of coping with significant adversity or stress in ways that are not only effective, but tend to result in an increased ability to constructively respond to future adversity.
Counselling is all about the client, there is no judgment or "fixing" that happens. It is a confidential place to discuss what is most important in life at this point in time. Counselling is a place where you can discover how to decrease worry, pain, confusion, and increase resilience, happiness and most of all HOPE.
