About this service
Community Counselling Services provides counseling, education and information to strengthen the emotional wellness of individuals, families and the community. It is a joint program of the Town of St. Paul FCSS and The County of St. Paul FCSS. Professional Counseling sessions are subsidized for Town residents by the Town FCSS and by the County FCSS for County residents.
