About this service
The Grove Seniors Village Housing Cooperative Ltd. provides affordable, comfortable, safe accommodation for active, independent seniors. As a not-for-profit Cooperative, our members are owners in common not tenants. Every member is selected on their lifelong commitment to volunteer community service and is expected to provide their skill, knowledge and service in maintaining our Village and delivering a broad spectrum of social, recreational and educational programs to our membership.
In return, they enjoy a welcoming community of like-minded individuals, a rich quality of life, and a very reasonable housing cost that includes full HD cable TV, the first $40 water/mo, 5 appliances, solid waste disposal, summer lawn maintenance, winter snow removal and free use of all common facilities. These include our clubhouse with library & kitchen, our fully equipped carpentry/craft shop and our well maintained grounds.
