About this service
Community Social Development (CSD), in partnership with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), provides year-round tax preparation to eligible individuals with a modest income and a simple tax situation. CRA trains volunteers to complete income tax and benefit returns and CSD provides further training to help volunteers identify whether clients may be missing any benefits or financial supports for which they are eligible.
