About this organization
The Spruce Grove Firefighters Association represents the full time IAFF members of Spruce Grove Fire Services. We are proud to be a fully integrated Fire Department providing emergency response to over 30000 residents. The City of Spruce Grove provides two Advanced Life Support Ambulances to Alberta Health Services, along with an ALS pump response. Our fire apparatus consists of two fire/rescue pumps, two ALS ambilances, one ladder truck and two wild land quick response units. As a membership we strive to achieve the NFPA standard of fire response. Over the last few years we've seen a steady increase in call volume, in the year 2011 we responded to approx 3000 emergencies in our jurisdiction. In 2014 that number grew to 4900
