Target Group: Person on a fixed income or is a low wage earner and needs subsidized housing because he/she pays more than 30% of his/her income
Applicants shall:
1. Be 18 and over (proof of age may be requested)
2. Have lived or worked in Alberta for the last six months
3. Provide personal information:
- Full name
- Rental history (location and cost): Current & previous (reason for leaving)
4. Provide three (3) character references (not family members)
5. Confirmation of monthly income by providing statement from:
- Employer
- AISH
- CPP
- EI
- Other income sources
- Provide confirmation of yearly income
6. Notice of Assessment
Priority will be given to applicants who/whose:
1. Rent exceeds 30% of monthly income
