About this service
Mountain Rose Women's Shelter provides a Confidential, Safe, Non-Judgmental space where women can gather to share their stories, build a community of support as well as gain Education, Awareness, Insight, Healing and Growth on a variety of topics such as: Abuse, Cycle of Abuse, Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships, Safety Planning, Self-Esteem/Awareness and Boundaries.
Programs/Services:
- Women's Drop-In Support Group - Thursdays from 10-11:30am
- One on One Counselling
On Reserve Programming:
- Men's Group - Wednesdays from 2-4pm. A weekly program for court mandated clients to learn about abuse and its effects. All males are welcome to attend.
- Women's Group - Wednesdays from 5:30-8:30pm. A weekly drop-in program for all women to come together for support and healing.
Probation/Court Ordered Domestic Violence Information Sessions.
