- In person: I provide a compassionate caring environment in which you can feel free to open up. Together we can explore your goals for counselling and the right path that will lead to personal growth and healing.
- Online or telephone: If you find it difficult to come into an office to do counselling for whatever reason, maybe Online or telephone counselling is for you. Online counselling is provided through secure video or chat sessions. Please note that some issues may not be appropriate for this type of counselling. This can be determined upon your initial contact.
Workshops - Gain knowledge about mindfulness meditation, how it can increase focus, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and help you cope better with life's events. Learn how to meditate and incorporate mindfulness into your daily life and begin to experience positive changes in a short period of time. Weekend or 8 week workshops are available.
