Youth Summer Employment This program offers a summer job opportunity to Métis youth (ages 15-30) and helps Métis students gain valuable career-related experience that supports a return to school in the fall. Employers can receive a subsidy of up to 50% of the wages for a total contribution not to exceed the provincial minimum wage. This program runs between May and August. Not-for-profit organizations may be reimbursed up to 100% of the wages and up to the provincial minimum wage.
